- Jennifer Munley
President
- The visionary behind REEL JEM started her television career at National Video Center at the very bottom, a beloved client coordinator. In the years that followed she has worked in every level of production and post-production on the way to becoming President of her own companies. The result, Jennifer understands that each person involved in the production contributes to the quality of the final product. Her extensive knowledge of the process, along with her talent for maintaining the integrity of the creative, while working within the realities of the budget, makes her one of the best in the business. Her passion for people has led Jennifer on a continuing educational journey. She's a certified energy healing practitioner and is currently spending her "free" time in the advanced studies program at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
- Raquel DiPerna
Executive Producer
- Big budget film shoots, star-powered photo shoots, award-winning promo campaigns-Raquel has overseen them all. 15+ years of experience, countless hours, and many promotions took Raquel to Vice President of Production & Creative Operations at Lifetime Networks, where she managed a large team, three networks, and was known for getting the most out of every budget, large or small. In her spare time, she created a Network Production Summit for Creative Services executives from the top cable networks, and also spearheads TV DNA (aka the Divas Networking Alliance), for women in the industry to network and maybe have a drink or two. Raquel is a person who takes advantage of evey moment of every day, keeping in touch with her 10 brothers and sisters, running half marathons, going to pastry school, and studying fashion & accessory design at FIT so she can realize her true dream: to become a contestant on Project Runway.

She left the corporate world to be a part of the Reel Jem team. In her brief 20-year career she has promoted everything from The Hidden Hazards of Hairspray to the highly rated series premiere of Lifetime's Army Wives, and still loves every minute of it. Here, Linda would usually include something about her beloved Philadelphia Eagles, but since she is still not over the Giants Superbowl win, she prefers not to mention football.
